General Services

General services that we offer are:
-
General immunizations for
infants, children and adults
-
Chronic disease education
programs for high blood pressure, cholesterol, weight manangement,
diabetes, and nutrition.

Screening, treatments, and
referrals for a wide range of health issues, Tuberculosis, STD's, HIV,
Vision, and Hearing.

Smoking Cessation Classes
Women's Services

Annual Exams: This
includes pap and breast exams for women of all ages and incomes.
-
Screening Mammograms:
For qualified women over 40, who have not recently had a mammogram.
Young women with a family history of breast cancer may be eligible.
Income guidelines apply.

Prenatal Services: For
teens, migrant workers, and women who are eligible for a Medical Card.

Family Planning: Services
and counseling are available to anyone of childbearing age.

Folic Acid Program: We
participate in this federal program.
HANDS

Health Access Nurturing Development Service
(HANDS) is a service that provides home visits for families expecting
their first child. It focuses on recognizing your baby's needs,
what to expect as your baby grows, making your home safe, and other
important topics.
Children's Services

Well Child: Health Check-ups
and counseling for children from birth to 21 years old. We can
provide referrals to additional resources in the community when needed.
Income guidelines apply.

Dental: We participate in
the fluoride program.

Automobile Safety Seat
Program: Safety seats are available on a loan basis for those who
qualify.
WIC

Women, Infants, and Children
(WIC) is a supplemental food program for pregnant, postpartum, and
lactating women. Infants and children from ages 1-5 of these women
may also qualify. Eligibility is based on income.
Vital Statistics

We collect provisional
reports of death and birth certificates that occur in the area. We
may issue verification of birth when requested for justifiable reason.
